A Care Above Therapy Services was founded in 2022 by Kate Brownstein, a Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of experience. Kate’s vision was simple: to make high-quality speech therapy accessible to everyone, no matter their unique needs. Kate understands that speech therapy should fit the client, not the other way around. She strives to match clients with the right clinicians based on needs and strengths, not just scheduling.
It took years of experience in a variety of settings to build a practice that prioritizes quality care above expectations.

Diverse Experience
Since earning her ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in 2013, Kate has worked with diverse clients in long-term care, private practice, and schools. She has supported adults with cognitive and speech-related conditions, provided gender-affirming voice therapy, and served early intervention clients, both domestically and abroad.

Our services are offered in-home, at school, or virtually, saving you travel time and providing flexibility. We tailor our scheduling to fit seamlessly into your busy life, ensuring you get the support you need when it's most convenient.
